FOR THIS MONTH

$2,000,000 in advance and 10 months to pay the remainder of the down payment.

Monthly payments could be the same from now until delivery time, or if you prefer a different payment plan, we will discuss it with you and check on the feasibility.

La Troncal sector

The Troncal sector near the Napoleón Perea Educational Institution in Cartagena de Indias is a very active area, both commercial and residential.
