Panamá Pacífico is a mixed-use complex located in western Panama on the former Howard base in the Arraiján District, Panama Oeste. The project began to be developed in 2007 at a cost of 450 million dollars in its first phase.
London & Regional Panama is the company in charge of developing the Panama Pacifico complex at a cost of 10 billion dollars on a 1,400-hectare site over a period of 40 years, making it one of the most ambitious projects on the American continent.
Through Law 41, the Panama-Pacific Special Economic Area Agency is created in Panama. which acts autonomously, and is responsible for the administration, promotion, development, regulation and proper use of the areas assigned to Panama-Pacific.
Currently there are projects built and under construction of houses and apartments in Panama Pacífico such as: Woodlands, Mosaic, Nativa, River Valley, Soleo, among others. It is estimated that the master plan includes 20,000 homes.
Within the complex there is also the 5-star Resort Complex to the south of the project.
