Apartments project: Murano Boulevard

Murano Boulevard will be a 30-story tower with direct ocean views.

• 1st Floor: This level will house the 7-meter-high lobby with a main entrance facing the beach and another entrance facing the traditional goat herder. The latter will be for vehicles accessing the parking garages and will also include lockers and luggage storage.

• 2nd Floor: This floor will have a double-height ceiling and will contain storage units, a coworking space, restrooms, and a meeting room, all with ocean views.

• 3rd to 8th Floors: These floors contain the parking garage, accessible by car elevator. There will be only 40 parking spaces, each costing 50 million pesos (purchase is not mandatory).

• 9th Floor: This floor will house the laundry facilities.

• 10th Floor: Level for the pool, bathrooms, and jacuzzi. A fully equipped gym will also be located on this floor.

• 11th to 29th Floors: Starting on the 11th floor are apartments 01, 02, 03, and 04, with ocean views, and apartment 05 with an interior view towards El Cabrero. If you wish to purchase two apartments and combine them into a two-bedroom apartment, you can do so starting on the 20th floor, subject to availability.

• 30th Floor: Here you will find a spectacular viewpoint overlooking the entire city.

The building is designed for tourism. The apartments are delivered with finishes, which we will send you later.

Air conditioning units are not included, but the necessary connections for their installation are provided. The floor plans and brochure will be released later; at this time we are presenting a preliminary price list. As sales progress, prices will increase.
